I would recommend The Limes because of the way they treated my father. He was always spoken to with respect and politeness. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff, they would always get him drinks, food, more clothing - whatever he required. As a family we were always made welcome whatever time of day. The home was kept clean and tidy but felt homely and welcoming. He was kept entertained (if he chose) with numerous activities. The family cannot praise all the staff enough...

My mother has been here nearly 4 years. I cannot fault The Limes, all the staff are caring, friendly to all the service users and their families. I would recommend this care home to everyone who is looking for a good, clean, friendly, caring home for their loved ones. The staff all give their support when needed.

Very friendly, caring people who work very hard to look after the residents. My father is happy and well looked after which is all the family wish for him. The deputy manager is very hands on and is genuine and tries her utmost to make sure all the residents with their different levels of need are looked after.

I had an Auntie that stayed there for a while before she died. I thought the home was wonderful. The care staff are amazing, kind and thoughtful, respectful, and more importantly very loving towards the residents. The care staff are what make the home what it is and I would have no issues staying there when I get older. The most wonderful home ever.

I was greeted with a very friendly care assistant in dark blue, my goodness she was lovely. That greeting made my mind up straight away, she was so friendly and it almost felt she was letting me in to her home. When I walked around, the home was so calm and warm in feeling. The other care assistants were giving the residents their tea, they were all smiling and the dining room had wonderful music playing, and the care assistants were chatting to the residents whilst giving them their tea...

Excellent care from very loving and friendly staff and management. The residents are well looked after and provided with very healthy meals and lots of entertainment. I would definitely recommend this home.

I arrived home safely. I am all sorted out now and back to normal. I enjoyed the company at the care home and the care from the staff. Now I have experienced a care home I know what it is like and I would recommend it to anyone.
