So if like me you enjoy from time to time to take STEM out of the classroom, I highly recommend joining Friends of Imperial: costs very little and you can access amazing lectures, open to all and accessible while still stimulating. I attended the Quantum Circus and Understanding Gravity at All Scales, two magnificent talks. They run events and talks all the time. Still organised by the Imperial College, next week is Imperial Festival: free of charge but you need to register, should be fun and interesting, with various stands and activities. The Science Museum has opened a new hands-on exhibit Wonderlad: the Statoil Gallery. I was invited to the preview for bloggers but couldn’t attend, it’s on my weekend bucket list!
