I am looking for an experienced Operations Controller for a local (Hampshire) Aviation company. It is an interesting and varied role therefore you must be a team player, who works well with others and are flexible in what you do. JOB CRITERIA • Effective Organisation of day to day flight set up to include aircraft handling requests, crew travel and accommodation and flight planning • Assist with new aerodrome / route analysis, risk assessments, crew briefs and runway performance • Ideally to have previous experience in a busy ops department and to be familiar with flight planning tools. (We use Arinc / Rockwell Collins) but experience with this programme not essential • To have the ability to think outside the box and look ahead at the programme and tasks ahead, pre-planning where necessary and obtaining visas/flight clearances • Head up the promotion of our AOC aircraft and work with customers and brokers to quote and secure bookings on our charter aircraft • To be able to communicate on a management level when required and maintain compliance with EASA for all areas of our operation including FTL, Aircraft Documents etc • Have good interpersonal and planning skills to liaise front line with customers • Have the ability to work well under pressure

Special Terms / Benefits

Office hours 9-6 Monday to Friday and 24hrs phone / remote coverage on a rostered basis including weekends. All other terms will be discussed if CV progresses to interview.
