Candidate Details
I am a local pilot and am interested in a flight crew position. Having built a successful business with a partner in my mid-twenties my love of aviation took over, though fortunately it helped provide the funds needed to gain my pilots licences. Working as a professional engineer and having the valuable experience of running a successful business, combined with my passion and growing knowledge for aviation, gives me key skills and experiences that would make me an attribute to a successful aviation company. Between working and studying, I have been flying at every spare opportunity and have gained the invaluable hands-on experience of owning and operating a light aircraft. I have been keen to develop my piloting skills further and enhance my aircraft control and have recently gained an aerobatic rating. I am willing to relocate and undertake whatever training may be necessary and am always more than happy to complete additional tasks with an enthusiastic attitude. On a personal level, I’m healthy, friendly and outgoing and am easy to get along with. Both previous employers and instructors I have flown with will all attest to my hardworking, positive attitude and my ability to interact well with others. I have a strong attention to detail and a high regard for the importance of safety. I am confident in my ability to acquire the necessary certification and am prepared to pay towards the cost of training myself, in return for an opportunity to serve as one of your first officers should a different rating be required.
