In brief, what you can expect from me is :- Safety conscious Availability Flexibility Easy to work with Team orientated professional Years of experience I believe there is a saying in the Royal Air Force, namely, "The best squadron you serve in, is the one you are currently with". It's a sentiment I would wholeheartedly agree with, and is certainly compatible with my work ethic. My philosophy is one of building bridges wherever possible, and my 'style' as a Captain would be described as relaxed. A Captains responsibilities are many, of course, but I also like to encourage and develop responsibility among my immediate crew members, and other colleagues. I aim to engender an open working environment, with good communication. In all I feel this is essential in helping to produce a relaxed and confident team, capable of achieving a pro-active and efficient operation. I understand the importance of delivering a quality service, and I am sure the combination of my life and aviation experience will be an asset to any organization, who feel as strongly as I do about delivering a safe, reputable and high standard operation.
