I am a very experienced VVIP Flight Attendant with a Wealth of knowledge and world wide experience. I currently Freelance for various companies including Bombardier Aerospace worldwide. My Career has taken me to Malaysia where I was based for 2 years running 2 Private jets for a HNWI, I was in charge of recruiting and training Flight attendants to the highest standard for the family. I also set up both Jets from new and kept them stocked and ready to go. I left this position to take up a new challenge in Moscow for a Banker with 2 Jets which unfortunately finished due to the financial crash of 2009. I have extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and worked there 3 times on different occasions, always on larger jets and I was responsible for setting up 2 Gulfstreams and a BBJ from delivery, also training and ensuring the standards were kept the same by the Flight attendants. With my experience and reputation I was approached by an American company to be the Lead Flight Attendant on their 727, I was in charge of 4 Flight attendants, we spent the summer flying 3 Rock bands around Europe on their tours, which was hard work, but fun, I ordered and devised the menus for each flight, we had 45 seats and the flights were always full, most days we did 2 or sometimes 3 flights. From there I joined an Airline at Gatwick as a Purser on the A300 and A320, with 8 and 4 Cabin crew on every Flight, I was also in the training school with new recruits and also doing check flights to ensure the standards were maintained. I am extremely diligent loyal and discrete, I am very experienced with Menu planning and dietary and religious requirements. Cooking is my passion and I regularly attend Cookery Classes to keep up to date with the latest trends, I recently did one with James Martin.
