I have recently graduated (July 10th 2012) from the University “L'Orientale” in Naples in "Literary Translation" as a Postgraduate student and I also have an Undergraduate Degree (May 13th 2009) in "Cultural and Linguistic Mediation" in English and Spanish. Since I was a child I have always loved foreign languages and Literature. During my life and career I have been involved in helping variety of foreign people, I have lived and studied in London for five months, I have traveled all around the world and I have worked as a receptionist at the “Ora City Hotel” and the “Crown Plaza Hotel” in Caserta and this experiences have given me the ability to deal with the needs of all type of people. I have an outgoing, diligent personality and find that I enjoy the challenges of working in busy environments. In addition, my studies and experience have taught me to be accurate and efficient in organizing my work so I would be in valuable condition in your crew. I've actually reached a 3-year-experience in sales, analytical and problem solving analysis and I'm accurate and detail oriented. As I'm actually working as a Cabin Crew, I always have to wear a uniform and maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance and as I'm working for an Irish airline (and I'm always surrounded by people from different nationalities and cultures) I always have to speak English.
