And I know clearly that the customer is the key of our business. I like this aviation because you have different missions everyday and that makes you dynamic and assertiveness. You must be prepared for any trouble and get a fast, secure, safety and economical solution that become a useful positive mark for company and the client. My wide experience includes aero medical services and few cargo flights. I think that this is the full package for this type of operations. I am always updated with new procedures and regulations. Due to my love for that I have been Chief Flight Operations Officer during 2 years at the short age of 26. I believe that everybody could supply a lack of total hours with a great knowledge of the plane and the full aircraft operation. Is true that sometimes you will have a trouble or a mistake but you could reduce all this situations being prepared. This is my trick: study. Also I like entrepreneurship and new technologies, and I started a project called kloktime.com. This made me realized about new kinds of CRM and MCC and the upcoming business that are valid for our aviation. Also I have good computer skills for a lot of programs as word, excel, outlook, adobe, etc. I am looking for a new professional goal.
