Please find below an introduction to my career to date. I currently work for a large well known commercial airline as Cabin Crew (UK). My role is in First Class as a senior Flight Attendant. Within this role I manage the expectations of VIPs and Corporate customers. I was selected as a member of the first class crew on the flight of the duke and duchess of Cornwall on their Australian tour. I have excellent interpersonal skills and the maturity to deal with a range of customer needs. Previous to my current position I worked for Tiffany & Co based in London. My role at Tiffany & Co was in the customer relations department. Within this role I managed client relationships and contributed to the development of the after sales experience whilst managing customer expectations and providing excellent service in person, by telephone or written correspondence. Prior to working for Tiffany & Co I was employed by Marquis Jet/NetJets and British Airways. I was intensively trained by British Airways and Marquis Jet to always provide an exceptional level of customer service. At Marquis Jet I had the opportunity to work closely with the PA's of high profile individuals, VIP's and Celebrities, which has also included members of the British and Saudi Royal family. At British Airways I worked within the department of Concorde & First Class, assisting with high profile passengers through check-in, First & Concorde Lounge and the efficient boarding of Concorde at the departure gates. The role at British Airways was a varied role and one day was never the same as the next. Therefore my problem solving skills and proactive approach gave me the ability to adapt to any problems or issues as they arise and to find a quick solution. I have great pride in my work. I work extremely well as part of a team and also individually. I am reliable, Calm, flexible and confident. I have gained many skills and experience in my previous roles and my absolute professionalism in all aspects of my work will be carried forward in my next position.
