At the moment, my job relates to the banking card personalization process; this role brings me every day in contact with the different steps for the development of a new product and the improvement of the current offer for our customers. More precisely, each effort is carried out from the specifications definition with the customer, till the preparation of test prototypes and the starting of production. During this process, it is always necessary a continuous coordination with the commercial area to satisfy customers' requests and needs. All my past and present job experiences have always required me to be not only flexible for fulfilling the needs and goals of my company, but also precise and respectful of the procedures to comply with the international requirements of banking data management. Also, I had the opportunity to deal with international environments, this has allowed me to get in touch with many different problems concerning interpersonal relationships and management of technical issues for the product development. In dealing with problems, issues and also challenges in everyday job, I need to be flexible, adaptable and wishful: these things have helped me to overcome my gaps to achieve the assigned goals according to the scheduled deadlines. I've spent many months in the United States and in Ireland. This has allowed me to improve not only my knowledge and skills of English language from a technical point of view but also in the managing of interpersonal relationships of everyday life. In particular, being together with people coming from so many different countries has helped me to understand how dealing my relations with persons having, sometimes, so different cultures. Moreover, I have no problem for relocation and I consider, also, a self sponsored type rating course.
